A pharmacy manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operations of the pharmacy department. Health Camp
  • Weekly health camp should be organised on every sunday. Prior branding, awareness campaigns should be run. Atleast 50+ people should come in health camp, same pictures & videos should be posted at social handles of company with help of graphic designer & social media team.
Home Delivery
  • Pharmacy manager should focus on Home Delivery Orders, Our 20% sell should come from store visitors & 80% sell should come from Home Deliveries to ensure this Pharmacy manager will have to work really hard to ensure every visitor's data is properly saved in system, cell phone & everyday offers & schemes are sent to each existing customer.
  • Pharmacy Manager must ensure deliveries of products in 3 hours now and in future 30 minutes.
Branding & Local Advertisement
  • Since Taskar Healthcare Mall is a brand & reputation is everything, therefore pharmacy managers should ensure world class health, services, product standards.
  • Keeping in mind the importance of social media, Pharmacy manager should daily ensure at least 1 photo from each department like 1 from Pharmacy section, 2nd from Doctor consulting with patient section, 3rd from lab collection section & 4th could be customers looking at products, pharmacists dispensing medicines or delivery team delivering products at customer's house.
  • Pharmacy Manager should be smart enough to meet, deal with corporates and ensure their all employees should get all medication from taskar only. At Least 5 tie ups are mandatory everyday.
  • Pharmacy Manager must ensure followup calls with whatsapp messages are being done to all the patients/ customers on weekly basis, whether they want meds or not still suggestive selling is to be done weekly (On Every Sunday) with all the visitors / customers/ patients visited between monday to saturday.
  • Pills/ Meds Reminder calls should be done on the basis that the patient is taking meds for 3 days, 7 days, 15 days or 1 month.
  • Pharmacy managers must ensure that if a customer/ patient is buying medicines with another doctor's prescription he/ she must suggest to the patient that from next time you can get a free consultation from us.
  • Pharmacy manager must brief every service of the taskar (Subscription, Free Doctor Consultation, Free Dietician, Discounted Meds, Home Delivery etc) including franchise model to each & every person visiting the store.
  • Local flyer distribution should be done regularly on rotation basis to ensure no one should forget us.
  • Taskar Healthcare Mall aims for 5,000 Regular Customers in the first 30 days of launch of any outlet anywhere in India.

Clinical, Wellness & Health Cafe : Department wise sales
  • Pharmacy Manager must ensure all doctors, dietitians, phlebologists are in proper uniform with all accessories with their JD & preparing clinical data & suggesting our products & other services relevant to patients health needs.
  • Pharmacy Manager should segregate department wise sales on 1st of every month targets should be sent to Doctor, Dietician, Phelbologist, Health Cafe, X-Ray Technician (Only in City Pride), Physiotherapist (Only in City Pride), ENT Section (Only in City Pride) & ensure each departments proper branding, advertisement to ensure they all departments achieve their monthly targets.
  • Every department is itself a business, Let's take a Doctor, Here it is not a doctor it is a Proper OPD Clinic, we must ensure it is run like an Individual Clinic, Pharmacy manager must ensure that it create revenue for Taskar like an Individual doctor generates in lakhs every month and treats 50-100 patients everyday.. If an individual clinic can then why not a taskar with luxury services & vast portfolio?
  • Dietician is not just a dietician, it is a proper Diet & Nutrition Clinic. Pharmacy manager will have to ensure at least 2,000 people he/ she should connect to this Diet Clinic of Taskar these people could be the Retired Govt Officers or Rich HNI's of 5-10 KM diameter.
  • Lab collection center is bound to work if people are coming to see a doctor at Taskar. How can any doctor prescribe medicines without any clinical report? Pharmacy Manager must understand this, consult with Doctor and ensure at least 30% patients (Out of 100) go for Lab test.
